Meet Jatin Patel — Founder, Decisive Wear
Decisive Wear was founded by Jatin Patel, a UK-based entrepreneur with 16 years of hands-on experience in garment manufacturing, supply chain management, and the global activewear industry.
Having spent over a decade working directly with manufacturers in India and supplying apparel to businesses across Europe, Jatin saw the same problem repeat itself — UK fitness entrepreneurs with great ideas for their own brand, blocked by the same barriers: manufacturers demanding 500+ unit minimums, poor overseas communication, and a complete lack of pricing transparency.
In 2019, Jatin founded Decisive Wear to fix that. A manufacturing service designed from the ground up for the UK fitness market — low minimums, UK-based support, physical sampling before bulk, and a single all-in price including DDP delivery to your door.
Today, Jatin and his team have helped 50+ UK fitness brands launch their own activewear — from solo personal trainers to established gym chains across England.
Why We Built Decisive Wear
The UK fitness industry has never been stronger. Gym memberships are at record highs. Online coaching is a multi-billion pound market. Fitness influencers are building communities of hundreds of thousands — and looking for a way to monetise through their own product.
But when these fitness entrepreneurs tried to launch their own activewear brand, they kept hitting the same walls:
- Minimum orders of 500, 1,000, even 2,000 pieces — before they'd even agreed a design or seen a sample.
- Communication that disappeared for weeks. WhatsApp messages left on read. Samples that arrived nothing like what was agreed.
- Hidden costs — prices that didn't include branding, didn't include shipping, and certainly didn't include UK import duties.

Decisive Wear was built to be the opposite of all of that.
We combined UK-based customer management — real people, reachable by phone and WhatsApp — with expert manufacturing in Gujarat, India, one of the world's most advanced garment production regions. The result: competitive production pricing without sacrificing communication, quality, or transparency.
Our 100-piece minimum is a deliberate choice. It makes brand launches viable for real entrepreneurs — not just established retailers with deep pockets and warehouses to fill.
Our Manufacturing Facility
Decisive Wear's garments are manufactured in our specialist production facility in Padra, Vadodara, Gujarat, India — one of the world's most established regions for high-quality performance apparel manufacturing, supplying brands across Europe, North America, and Asia.
The facility is home to a team of 200+ skilled workers, specialising in moisture-wicking performance fabrics, compression garments, fleece knitwear, and athleisure — the full range of categories our UK clients need.
Every production run goes through three mandatory quality checkpoints: pre-production sample approval, an in-line quality check during bulk manufacturing, and a final inspection before goods are packaged and dispatched. Photo and video documentation of finished goods is sent to every client before shipment leaves India.
