Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Decisive Wear. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (£). Payment terms will be agreed before production begins. Orders may require a deposit, with the remaining balance due before dispatch.

Custom Products

As our products are custom made to your specifications, customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork, logos and design details are correct before approval.

Production & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates only. While we aim to meet agreed timelines, delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs or events beyond our control may occur.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the right to use any artwork, logos or designs provided. Decisive Wear accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringements relating to customer supplied materials.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
