Refund & Returns Policy

At Decisive Wear, customer satisfaction is important to us. As most of our products are custom made to order, the following policy applies.

Returns

Due to the personalised and custom manufactured nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that have been approved and produced according to the customer’s specifications.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and supporting photographs where applicable.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement item

• A repair where appropriate

• A full or partial refund

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible and any payments made may be non refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
